Our Process

Roasting
All of our beans are roasted on site at our roasting facility in Leduc, AB. Our beans are roasted to many different roast levels such as dark, medium, light, and medium dark. This ensures that whatever roast level and flavour profile you like, we will have.

Packaging
All of our roasted beans go into custom made Whisky Hill bags that are designed to keep the beans as fresh as possible. They are then sealed to preserve the freshness. Each bag has a degassing valve which is designed to allow the proper airflow, ensuring optimal freshness and flavour.

Quality Control
All of our beans are sampled frequently to ensure the highest level of quality and the best possible taste.
