We roast all of our beans to order therefore we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds on all coffee purchased. However, if there was an error made on your order or you have questions about how to brew or concerns about quality, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@whiskyhillcoffee.ca within 14 days of your order arrival.

Gift Cards are non-refundable.
